Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in client inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen community outreach
• Build B2B marketing strategies to enhance relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
