Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth division, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement while leading the marketing team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to increase inquiries, referrals, and admissions for behavioral health services
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for client engagement and referral partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Healthcare/SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
