Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, oversee team members, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in campaigns and outreach efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing teams and build referral networks
