Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and provide immediate guidance on overdose recognition and response

Required Qualifications

• Relevant lived experience with overdose, harm reduction, or substance use preferred
• Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations with empathy and professionalism
• Strong commitment to treating all callers with respect and without judgment
• Comfortable using helpline software and digital communication platforms
• Adherence to confidentiality policies regarding caller information
