Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hemophilia Clinical Pharmacist with a MA License to provide integrated support to patients and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret clinician patient care notes for prior authorization approvals and care plan recommendations
- Develop and refine disease and drug-specific clinical protocols to maximize patient adherence
- Monitor ongoing patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects, recommending changes as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree
- Must be a licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts
- Experience in specialty pharmacy is required; prior experience with hemophilia or bleeding disorders is preferred
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
- Continued employment is contingent upon meeting licensure requirements
