Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hemophilia Clinical Pharmacist with a MA License to provide integrated support to patients and physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret clinician patient care notes for prior authorization approvals and care plan recommendations
  • Develop and refine disease and drug-specific clinical protocols to maximize patient adherence
  • Monitor ongoing patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects, recommending changes as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree
  • Must be a licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts
  • Experience in specialty pharmacy is required; prior experience with hemophilia or bleeding disorders is preferred
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
  • Continued employment is contingent upon meeting licensure requirements
