Job Summary

Providing critical support as the frontline point of contact, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Hotline Operator will manage incoming calls using a harm reduction framework, engaging with diverse callers in meaningful conversations about drug use and addiction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming hotline calls, offering compassionate support and resources
• Utilize a harm reduction framework to engage callers and provide meaningful conversations
• Meet monthly call requirements to maintain active status on the hotline team

Required qualifications

• Experience in crisis intervention or a related field is preferred
