Job Summary

Providing critical support as the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Hotline Operator, the candidate will manage incoming calls using a harm reduction framework to engage individuals seeking help with substance use, all while working remotely on a pay-per-call basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming hotline calls and engage with callers in meaningful conversations

Required qualifications

• Massachusetts Licensed Hotline Operator certification
