Job Summary

Providing critical support remotely, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Hotline Operator will manage incoming calls, engage with callers using a harm reduction framework, and offer compassionate assistance to individuals at risk of overdose.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming hotline calls and engage in meaningful conversations with callers
• Utilize a harm reduction framework to provide support and resources to individuals using drugs
• Maintain monthly call requirements to remain active on the hotline team

Required qualifications

• Massachusetts Licensed Hotline Operator certification
