Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to align business and people strategies
Develop plans for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent to support business objectives
Embed HR policies and practices, providing insights and coaching to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a strategic HRBP or generalist role at a senior level
Relevant HR qualification such as CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
