Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to align business and people strategies
  • Develop plans for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent to support business objectives
  • Embed HR policies and practices, providing insights and coaching to enhance organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a strategic HRBP or generalist role at a senior level
  • Relevant HR qualification such as CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
  • Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
  • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
