Massachusetts Licensed Inside Retention Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Massachusetts Licensed Inside Retention Representative will market and generate sales of insurance products through existing agents/brokers, focusing on retention and upselling opportunities while collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless benefits selling experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate retention and new sales activities with PEO Specialists to enhance the benefits selling experience
• Service agent/broker renewals and provide information on PEO products and administrative procedures
• Utilize internal systems for activity tracking and collaborate with partner PEO resources to maximize results

Required qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related selling or telemarketing environment
• Understanding of insurance and PEO products, preferably gained through PEO marketing or selling experience
• Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and web browsers
