Job Summary

A company is looking for a licensed insurance agent - hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide consultative service regarding insurance products
• Process policy changes and billing transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on coverage options and recommend additional insurance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must possess an active Property and Casualty license or Personal Lines Producer License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to manage complex customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Experience with personal lines insurance products
• Proficient in using CRM systems and processing online transactions
