Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Lead Insurance Producer.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a wide range of insurance products to meet the needs of commercial and personal clients
• Build and lead a sales team while maintaining a collaborative work environment
• Develop customized insurance solutions for clients based on their specific needs

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of relevant job history in insurance
• Experience with commercial and personal lines of insurance, including property and casualty
• Proven track record in sales, with experience in finding prospects and closing deals
• Experience in building and leading a sales team is preferred
• BS in Business or a relevant field is preferred; working experience as a licensed professional is also considered
