Massachusetts Licensed Intake Counselor

Job Summary

Offering flexible hours in a fully remote setting, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Intake Counselor will provide individual and group counseling services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans for patients in a Medication Assisted Treatment program for opioid use disorder.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services based on patient needs and state regulations
• Conduct initial assessments and complete bio-psychosocial evaluations to determine eligibility for services
• Develop and review individualized treatment plans and aftercare plans with patients

Required qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals
• Demonstrated positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
