Job Summary
Providing essential legal support to North America Sales teams, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Lead Counsel will review and negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and leverage technology to enhance legal processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-line legal support on commercial and legal issues to Sales teams
- Review and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI-powered tools that drive business impact
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited law school
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant in-house legal experience
- Licensed to practice law in good standing with a State Bar Association
- Significant experience negotiating Enterprise SaaS contracts in regulated industries
- Strong foundation in data protection and privacy law
