Massachusetts Licensed Leave Analyst

Job Summary

Managing employee leave cases from initiation through closure, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Leave Analyst will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while serving as the primary point of contact for employees on leave, all in a remote capacity with occasional travel to Massachusetts locations as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages individual leave cases, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies
• Acts as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and timely communication throughout the leave process
• Coordinates with healthcare providers and HR to gather necessary documentation for leave approvals and monitors case progression

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in leave of absence case management
• At least one year of leave of absence case management experience
• Familiarity with federal and state disability and paid family leave laws
• Experience with leave of absence claims management technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
