Massachusetts Licensed Legal Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing personal injury practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Legal Case Manager will manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement or trial preparation, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, ensuring all case deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel to gather necessary information
• Prepare demand packages and assist in settlement negotiations while maintaining organized case files

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury case management
• Hands-on experience managing PI cases in Massachusetts
• Strong understanding of Massachusetts Personal Injury laws and court procedures
• Proficient in legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Smart Advocate, Needles, or similar)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
