Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and motivated Massachusetts Licensed Legal Case Manager, the full-time remote position will manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement, ensuring all case deadlines are met while providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel
- Prepare demand packages and assist in settlement negotiations while maintaining case files and tracking deadlines
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury case management
- Hands-on experience managing PI cases in Massachusetts is required
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts Personal Injury laws and court procedures
- Proficient in legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Smart Advocate, Needles, or similar)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
