Job Summary
To support a growing practice in personal injury law, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Legal Case Manager will manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel to facilitate case progress
- Prepare demand packages and assist in settlement negotiations while maintaining case files and deadlines
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury case management
- Hands-on experience managing personal injury cases in Massachusetts
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts personal injury laws and court procedures
- Proficient in legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Smart Advocate, Needles, or similar)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; paralegal certificate or legal studies background preferred but not required
