Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist to support licensing and registration efforts across various markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit corporate license applications, renewals, and amendments
• Manage licensing software tools to track application status and automate workflows
• Act as a liaison for state, federal, and tribal regulators on licensing matters

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in administration, compliance, risk management, human resources, legal, or gaming
• Paralegal experience preferred for navigating regulatory documentation
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional projects independently
• Ability to interpret laws and regulatory requirements into actionable steps
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and license tracking platforms
