Massachusetts Licensed Lifeline Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifeline Weekend Supervisor who must reside in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide performance appraisals for a team of Call Takers
• Conduct call monitoring for quality assurance and ensure safety assessments are performed
• Support Lifeline staff in responding to crisis calls and assist in training new staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in behavioral health or related field
• One year of supervisory experience preferred, particularly in hotline or project coordination
• Proficient with technology, including computers and databases
• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and work independently
• Understanding of laws and regulations related to abuse and crisis intervention
