Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifeline Supervisor who must reside in Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Call Takers, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards
- Conduct call monitoring for quality assurance and facilitate response to imminent risk calls
- Assist in training new staff and participate in team meetings for professional development
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in behavioral health or related field
- One year of supervisory experience preferred, with hotline supervisory experience as a substitute
- Proficient with technology, including computer and internet skills
- Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and respond appropriately in crises
- Understanding of laws and regulations surrounding abuse and legal reporting requirements
