Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifeline Supervisor who must reside in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of Call Takers, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards
  • Conduct call monitoring for quality assurance and facilitate response to imminent risk calls
  • Assist in training new staff and participate in team meetings for professional development
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in behavioral health or related field
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred, with hotline supervisory experience as a substitute
  • Proficient with technology, including computer and internet skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and respond appropriately in crises
  • Understanding of laws and regulations surrounding abuse and legal reporting requirements
