Job Summary
To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Litigation Attorney will manage the defense of automobile and general liability personal injury cases remotely or in a hybrid environment while engaging in all facets of litigation from receipt to resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage in all aspects of litigation, including preparing pleadings, conducting court hearings, and managing depositions and trials
- Research legal issues, evaluate cases for liability and damages, and communicate findings with clients and Claims professionals
- Negotiate settlements and collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve case objectives
Required qualifications:
- Admission in good standing to the Massachusetts Bar
- Experience in handling personal injury litigation cases
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of legal professionals
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to case management
- Additional licenses in New England are a plus
