Massachusetts Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Litigation Attorney will manage the defense of automobile and general liability personal injury cases remotely or in a hybrid environment while engaging in all facets of litigation from receipt to resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including preparing pleadings, conducting court hearings, and managing depositions and trials
• Research legal issues, evaluate cases for liability and damages, and communicate findings with clients and Claims professionals
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve case objectives

Required qualifications:

• Admission in good standing to the Massachusetts Bar
• Experience in handling personal injury litigation cases
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of legal professionals
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to case management
• Additional licenses in New England are a plus
