Massachusetts Licensed Loan Officer

Job Summary

To support a growing Consumer Direct Team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Loan Officer will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, evaluate their needs, and recommend appropriate mortgage products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage products
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the Bank's programs, products, policies, and real estate lending practices
• Originate residential mortgage loans in compliance with Bank policy and consumer lending regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of loan origination experience with at least $15 million in residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks while building relationships with team members
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and applications
• Demonstrated resilience under pressure to meet deadlines and manage stressful situations
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
