Massachusetts Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Loan Officer Assistant, the full-time remote professional will manage active pipelines, ensure file integrity for multiple Loan Officers, and provide exceptional onboarding experiences for clients while supporting sales generation efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Interface directly with new leads and customers to deliver a sales-minded onboarding experience
• Manage and maintain the integrity of loan files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Assist Loan Officers with marketing support, networking, and lead generation activities

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, processor, or in a similar role within the mortgage industry
• Sales-minded personality combined with strong operational and detail-oriented skills
• Current mortgage loan originator license or willingness to obtain it immediately upon hire
• Ability to support clients and manage pipelines outside of standard business hours as needed
• High organizational skills to handle competing priorities across multiple Loan Officers
