Job Summary
Supporting mortgage loan officers in their daily operations, the full-time remote Massachusetts Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will assist with reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and facilitating timely loan closings while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including clerical tasks and communication with borrowers
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types and track outstanding items to ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation
- Facilitate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and title companies to schedule and complete loan closings
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
- Previous sales support experience preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
