Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage residential loan transactions and ensure they are ready for underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process 1st and 2nd mortgage applications and prepare physical files for underwriting
- Order and follow up with vendors for necessary services such as appraisal and title
- Update Borrower profiles and applications, ensuring accurate documentation delivery
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in mortgage loan processing
- Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA products
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with updating and validating DU and LP findings
