Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work) in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and identify business needs
• Maintain headcount requirements and ensure adequate staffing to support compliance regulations
• Provide analytical input on trends related to call handle time and call volume for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call centers
• Expert level understanding of call center operations, processes, and procedures
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
