Job Summary

Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Managing Attorney in Creditors' Rights & Foreclosure, the full-time permanent position will manage and grow the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations while overseeing a high-volume caseload and supervising support staff, with the flexibility to work hybrid or remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and expanding the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations
• Handle and oversee a high-volume creditors' rights and foreclosure caseload
• Supervise paralegals and support staff, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and quality standards

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of creditors' rights experience
• Deep knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal requirements in Massachusetts
• Strong background in mortgage default, foreclosure litigation, and bankruptcy
• Proven people management and leadership skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
