A company is looking for a Medical Assistant - Access Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely access to care by responding to online inquiries and incoming calls
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with physicians, care teams, and medical practices
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and referring providers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or GED
• CPR-Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office
• Prior experience in a physician's office or customer service environment
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
