Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant II in Medical Specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare teams with clinical and non-clinical patient services
• Take vital signs, document patient information, and manage appointment scheduling
• Collect laboratory specimens and provide patient education on treatment procedures and medications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting preferred
• 1-2 years of direct Medical Assistant experience or medical field work required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant (National Certification) preferred
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical office software
