Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant II, Advanced Therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escort patients, record vital signs, and document health status and history
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and administer non-intravenous injections as needed
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and maintain medical records and supplies

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Heart Saver (HS) certification
• Medical Assistant credential approved by the Massachusetts Department of Health
• Ability to obtain BLS/HS certification within 3 months of hire if not already certified
