Massachusetts Licensed Medical Assistant

Job Summary

To support the prescription refill line, a part-time Massachusetts Licensed Medical Assistant will manage patient inquiries and coordinate care while working remotely for a minimum of 15 hours per week during business hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to online inquiries and incoming calls to ensure timely access to care for patients
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care effectively
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both patients and referring providers

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• CPR-Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting
• Prior experience in a physician's office or customer service environment
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training demonstrating MA III competencies
