Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - Integrated Primary Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of physicians, providing guidance and mentorship
• Conduct virtual consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategies for reducing total cost of care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience, preferably in value-based care
• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting clinical and claims data
• Experience with population health management and quality improvement initiatives
