Massachusetts Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Director, Gastrointestinal and Inflammation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee medical safety activities and processes for assigned products, ensuring continuous assessment of safety profiles
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of safety assessment strategies
• Manage the interpretation of safety data and communicate implications for product development and safety measures

Required Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD) or internationally recognized equivalent, ideally with an Advanced Degree
• 8+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, or Clinical Development
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory agency requirements regarding drug safety
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary drug development environment with international exposure
