Massachusetts Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director to lead clinical operations and provider engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and execution of clinical studies in collaboration with academic and biopharmaceutical partners
• Lead evidence generation efforts, including the development and promotion of scientific evidence supporting the use of proprietary biomarker technologies
• Engage with healthcare providers and payors to provide education on the clinical benefits of testing technologies

Required Qualifications

• M.D., D.O., or M.D./Ph.D. licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. (strongly preferred in Massachusetts and North Carolina)
• Board Certification in relevant oncology specialties preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in direct patient care focused on oncology
• Demonstrated track record of scientific and clinical publications in top-tier journals
• Experience with high-complexity CLIA laboratories and knowledge of molecular diagnostics preferred
