Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Laboratory Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory analysis on clinical specimens and maintain quality assurance and control programs
• Process specimens and operate laboratory instruments while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Assist in training new employees and contribute to the development of laboratory procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Laboratory Science/Medical Technology or related field, or an Associate's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science
• Certification from a nationally recognized certification agency (e.g., CAP) or equivalent state licensure
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• 1-3 years of clinical laboratory experience performing high complexity testing is preferred
• Experience in molecular testing is preferred
