Job Summary

- Support and advocate for members to ensure they receive necessary care and assistance
- Document member interactions accurately and collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of relevant experience required; customer service experience in healthcare preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Experience in a virtual/remote setting preferred
