Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required; customer service experience in healthcare preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Experience in a virtual/remote setting preferred
