Job Summary
Managing the daily operations of the Member Services team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Member Services Supervisor will oversee staff performance, ensure high customer satisfaction, and implement training and development initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage attendance of the Member Services team
- Track performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to enhance team productivity

Required qualifications:

- 3-5 years of customer service experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred
