Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist licensed in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling and psychotherapy, including comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans and evaluate mental health assessments
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of the peer review quality assurance process

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
• Must be fully clinically licensed in the state of primary residence
• Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited program
• Post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience (2+ years for LCSW, 3+ years for LPC/LMHC and LMFT)
