Job Summary

Offering a part-time or full-time opportunity, the Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors remotely, creating personalized treatment plans and managing electronic documentation while enjoying flexible hours and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training to ensure best practices

Required qualifications

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
