Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

Delivering remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Therapist will maintain a caseload of 7-20 clients per week while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and collaborating with other mental health providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
• Utilize data to adjust treatment approaches based on client progress and collaborate with other providers as needed

Required qualifications

• Licensed in Massachusetts as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adult clients (18+)
• At least six months of teletherapy experience
• Proficient in clinical assessments for tracking client progress
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the governing licensing board
