Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Therapist, the part-time 1099 contractor will provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a strong preference for remote care delivery while managing a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse client caseload, including children, adults, couples, and families
• Utilize Lyra's platform for administrative support, including billing and scheduling, to focus on client care
• Engage in clinical consultations and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic practices

Required qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license to practice independently
• Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT
• Ability to provide care in the Massachusetts area and fluency in Korean
• Experience managing clinical risks and responding to crises as needed
