Massachusetts Licensed MSP Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing full MSP service delivery, the contract Massachusetts Licensed MSP Program Manager will manage project schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary internal contact for escalations while working remotely with occasional onsite support.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full MSP service delivery, including network, endpoints, security, M365, and backup/restore
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Manage project schedules, reporting, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of MSP project management experience
• Experience in public sector, municipal, or regulated environments preferred
• Ability to work remotely and support ad hoc onsite needs
