Job Summary

To deliver comprehensive patient-centered care, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct evaluations, manage health conditions, and collaborate with clinical staff in an outpatient primary care setting in Auburn, MA, with remote administrative flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and physical exams
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care

Required qualifications

• NP or PA certification
• Active state license, DEA, and BLS
• Primary care experience in family medicine or internal medicine
