Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and independently manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and initiate buprenorphine treatment for patients in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care
- Empower patients to set and achieve their recovery goals through a harm reduction approach
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts with the ability to practice independently
- At least 6 months of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an independent outpatient setting
- Strong patient-centered practice and ability to work autonomously
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
