Massachusetts Licensed Occupational Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager (Occupational Health Services) to oversee the operations of its Occupational Health clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise Occupational Health clinical staff
• Provide clinical consultation for complex cases and facilitate patient care
• Develop and manage key programs to improve compliance and service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in occupational health, emergency room, ambulatory care, or orthopedics as an APP
• 2-3 years of supervisory or equivalent leadership experience required
