Job Summary
To maximize the productivity of the Navicare Outreach team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Operations Coordinator will provide sales and marketing support, develop presentations, facilitate outreach events, and ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver presentations to various target audiences, including community organizations and healthcare professionals
- Coordinate outreach activities and maintain communication with internal departments to resolve member issues and support sales opportunities
- Generate reports and maintain documentation related to marketing campaigns and sales activities
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience
- Current Driver's License and AHIP Certificate
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid services, marketing, and enrollment policies
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with experience in sales and customer service
