Job Summary

To maximize the productivity of the Navicare Outreach team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Operations Coordinator will provide sales and marketing support, develop presentations, facilitate outreach events, and ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver presentations to various target audiences, including community organizations and healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate outreach activities and maintain communication with internal departments to resolve member issues and support sales opportunities
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation related to marketing campaigns and sales activities
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience
  • Current Driver's License and AHIP Certificate
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid services, marketing, and enrollment policies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with experience in sales and customer service
