Massachusetts Licensed Optometrist

Job Summary

Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Optometrist, the full-time or part-time Independent Contractor will examine patients remotely using patented technology, communicate through specialized video conferencing, and analyze eye health to generate prescriptions for eyewear.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients using remote technology in the state(s) where licensed
• Communicate with patients through video conference technology
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with support from Ophthalmic Technicians

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
• Active Massachusetts Optometry license
• Experience with telehealth or remote patient care is preferred
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
