Job Summary

Maximizing the productivity of the Navicare Outreach team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Outreach Coordinator will provide sales and marketing support, develop presentations, facilitate outreach events, and ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver presentations to various target audiences, including community organizations and healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate and participate in outreach and educational events while maintaining communication with internal departments to resolve member issues
  • Generate reports on marketing campaigns and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience
  • Current Driver's License and AHIP Certificate, with satisfactory CORI results
  • Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid services, marketing, and enrollment policies
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, preferably with elders and disabled individuals
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is preferred
