Job Summary
Maximizing the productivity of the Navicare Outreach team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Outreach Coordinator will provide sales and marketing support, develop presentations, facilitate outreach events, and ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver presentations to various target audiences, including community organizations and healthcare professionals
- Coordinate and participate in outreach and educational events while maintaining communication with internal departments to resolve member issues
- Generate reports on marketing campaigns and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience
- Current Driver's License and AHIP Certificate, with satisfactory CORI results
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid services, marketing, and enrollment policies
- Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, preferably with elders and disabled individuals
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is preferred
