Massachusetts Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal to support its Corporate Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key components of financing, development, M&A, and corporate transactions, including documentation and execution processes
• Draft corporate resolutions, closing documents, and prepare transaction materials while identifying issues for attorney escalation
• Coordinate regulatory filings and compliance activities, manage transaction data rooms, and monitor changes in relevant laws

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Interest in renewable energy and energy efficiency is a plus
• Previous corporate paralegal experience or office experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
